Frederick Michna
Principal
Frederick joined our investment team in June 2022 and brings experience from both the startup scene and the corporate world: Before joining MIG, he worked for more than six years at the global management consultancy Kearney, where he was responsible for transformation and growth programs in the financial service, telco and aerospace industries. Prior to that, he contributed to the financing and incubation of digital business models at then Swiss VC Mountain Partners.
Frederick holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from HEC Paris. He received his Bachelor’s degree in International Management from ESB Reutlingen and Reims Management School.
In his free time, Frederick enjoys exploring new routes on his road bike, hiking in the Bavarian mountains and traveling through distant countries.
